The third guest of the ongoing discussions in harmony with nature at Natura Spa was Metin Hara, who emphasizes a holistic approach to human health, focusing on the balance of mind and body and providing consultancy to many people until now.






Since 2008, with his "Trusthuman-Trust in Human" project, and embracing the philosophy of "Another World is Possible," Metin Hara, who has touched the lives of many people, provided an unforgettable experience to a crowd from many parts of the island with his talk titled "Activating the Power of Thought" at Natura Spa.

Since 2001, contributing to development activities with his individual and corporate seminars and focusing his studies on self-discovery, Metin Hara, in his talk titled "Activating the Power of Thought," focused on topics such as perception of time, increasing personal motivation, making participants feel valued, perception and management of stress, mind-body-soul balance, work-life balance, thus capturing the interest of participants throughout the discussion.

Incorporating participants into the process with interactive applications during the discussion, Metin Hara emphasized with the sentence "A meditative life is an entire ethic" how allowing everything to flow contributes to the continuity of one's own independence.

Following the discussion, as a gesture of thanks to Metin Hara and on behalf of all the guests who attended the Natura Wellness Talks event, 120 trees were donated.

Metin Hara, with his warm and sincere welcome, signed his widely read books "Yol" and "Dem," symbolizing valuable touches in the lives of many people, and chatted with each participant, taking photographs with them.
